Rustic Heritage Artisan Sourdough Boule
Old-world artisan baking with only four pure ingredients: flour, water, wild starter, and salt.
Baked daily on stone hearths, our Rustic Heritage Sourdough undergoes a 36-hour cold fermentation process. This slow natural leavening breaks down complex carbohydrates, resulting in easier digestibility, a blistered, caramelized crust, and a delightfully airy, custardy crumb.
Texture & Taste:
Crust: Deeply browned, crackling exterior with rustic flour dusting and hand-scored wheat motifs.
Crumb: Open, glossy, and aerated with a pleasant chew.
Flavor: Mild lactic tang balanced by the nutty depth of stone-ground heirloom grains.
Best Paired With:
Sliced thick for open-faced avocado toasts and savory breakfast eggs.
Served warm alongside hearty vegetable stews, soups, or charcuterie boards.
Dipped generously into cold-pressed olive oil with cracked pepper.
